Menu Review

$200 Flat-Fee

I will review your menu & order guides, recommend up to 5 easy swaps to have the greatest impact on your level of vegan-friendliness, tell you what you may already carry that is “accidentally” vegan, and identify if there are products you currently carry that can be utilized to expand your vegan options.

Menu Advisement

1 month $1000

4 consecutive weeks. 20 hour minimum guarantee, available during business hours for any questions or concerns or to yap. Sometimes creative marination takes more than an hour or two! Best not to stifle ourselves.

Whatever is weighing you down, I will be able to relate and support in finding solutions, or making tough calls. My friends and colleagues would say I am an open book. I’m here to commiserate, to celebrate and reflect, and everything in between - whatever you are in need of. I love working with people and could talk about food & beverage until the sun goes down.

Includes one x 60 minute session, and messaging access between sessions.
